FESTIVAL LAUNCH NIGHT
Wed 29 March
£10 – Tickets on sale
Join us for an evening of new short performances in development from Gloucestershire artists and a traditional Strike A Light feast. Supported by Hawkwood College.
In now traditional style, there will be delicious food and scintillating new performances.
These morsels will be served in 15 minute bite-sized chunks: 4 new pieces of theatre to try and taste, share with friends, and discuss.
Expect live music, spoken word, hymns and pole-dancing, with work from Thembe Mvula, Elise Heaven, Beth Griffin and Sarah Blowers, followed by a Morroccan feast.
There will be finger-tip-tasty food (eating with fingers is a definite option; cutlery available for those who want it): a vegetarian dish with with aromatic rice, salads and flat breads. Simple but tasty and an experience to remember.
We do hope that you can join us to celebrate and support our local artists as one community.
