Strike A Light are seeking a creative, enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join the team. We’re looking for someone who is confident using traditional marketing tools, social media and grassroots, face-to-face activity to reach new audiences as well as regular arts attenders.

The Marketing Manager will lead on the creation and delivery of our marketing plan to develop audiences, engage the local community and increase sales. They will also work closely with other staff members to support the marketing of our youth, outreach and producing work, supporting us to engage diverse audiences.

This role is offered on a freelance, part time basis, equating to 2.5 days per week.
The post is initially offered for one year and will then be reviewed as the organisation develops
