What work is made by artists with mental health issues? is it good? who wants to see it?
Join us for a structured afternoon to discuss these issues and others.
We will be joined by:
Ruth Kapadia, Arts Council England Diversity Manager; Fional Slater, Shape Arts; Create Gloucestershire as part of the Cultural Commissioning Project in partnership with the Gloucestershire NHS Clinical Commissioning Group; Viv Gordon, Meanfeet Dance; Mental Health Service Users.
There will be plenty of break-out time during the event, with cake and refreshments as well as a pre-show supper between 6:00 – 7:30pm preceding the evening’s performance of I Am Joan, a one woman show with live music about recovery from childhood trauma and subsequent mental health issues performed by Viv Gordon.
Ticket price includes the event, pre-show supper and performance of I Am Joan.
